Who rents you the car
Andes Rent a Car S.R.L., located at Av. Principal 100, rents you the vehicle and is responsible for your booking.

How your booking is confirmed
- Your booking is confirmed once the payment requested when booking is credited.
- The deposit is part of the price: it is deducted from the total, and the balance is paid at pick-up.
- Prices are in Argentine pesos. If you pay online and the payment method has a surcharge, you see it before paying.

Right to cancel
If you booked remotely — on this website, by phone or on WhatsApp — you may cancel the contract within 10 calendar days, under article 34 of Argentine Consumer Protection Law 24.240 and articles 1110 onwards of the Civil and Commercial Code. This right does not depend on the cancellation policy.
