Who is responsible for your data
Andes Rent a Car S.R.L., located at Av. Principal 100, is responsible for the data you enter on this website.
What data we ask for
- To book: name, ID or passport, date of birth, driving licence details, address, country, phone and email, and your trip details (dates, places and flight, if you provide it).
- If you pay online, the payment is processed by the payment provider you choose (for example, Mercado Pago). Your card details never go through this website.
What we use it for
- To manage your booking and rental contract, charge for it and contact you about it.
- To meet legal obligations, such as invoicing.
- We may email you about your booking: a reminder if you left it unfinished, or a request for feedback after your trip. We do not use your data for anything else.
Who we share it with
- With the providers that run this website and process your data on our behalf: FlotKey (booking platform), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery) and the payment provider you use.
- Some of these providers store information on servers outside Argentina. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
For as long as your booking lasts and, afterwards, for the time required by accounting, tax and consumer protection rules.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to reservas@andesrentacar.example, under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25.326.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as set out in article 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25.326. The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the Control Body of Law No. 25.326, handles complaints from anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of personal data protection rules.
